Q: What Insurance do you take?

A: Most major health insurances, including but not limited to: BCBS, AETNA, Humana, United Healthcare, Texas Mutual, TML, Department of Veterans Affairs, Federal Employee Programs, Coventry, Corvel, and GEHA. 

We currently do not accept Medicaid and Medicare without a primary insurance. 

Q: Do you take walk-ins?

A: Yes. Also, after an initial evaluation is given, further sessions do not require an appointment as we can treat multiple patients at a time. 

Q: What payment options do you have?

A: We are happy to set up a payment plan that best suits you, such as per month.
